The Makran Journal of Educational Research (MJER) operates under a sustainable and transparent publishing model supported through the following funding sources:

Author Publication Charges (APC): Fees collected from accepted manuscripts help cover editorial management, peer-review coordination, digital archiving, website maintenance, and publication services.

Institutional Support: Partial financial assistance is provided by the University of Makran and affiliated academic institutions supporting the journal’s activities.

Voluntary Contributions: Occasional donations from educational organizations, sponsors, and research bodies to promote open-access scholarly communication.

Print Subscriptions (Optional): Revenue generated from optional printed copies contributes to the journal’s operational sustainability.
MJER does not accept financial support from commercial advertisements or organizations that may compromise editorial independence.

3. Waiver and Discount Policy
To promote inclusive and equitable access to academic publishing, MJER offers the following support:
