Abstract
The shift to virtual classrooms, accelerated by the global COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed traditional education systems. This paper investigates the impact of virtual learning environments on student performance and well-being, analyzing both academic outcomes and psychological effects. The study utilizes data from various universities in Pakistan, examining the experiences of students in virtual learning settings and how these environments influence their learning outcomes and mental health. The findings indicate that while virtual classrooms offer flexibility and accessibility, they also present challenges related to engagement, social interaction, and stress management. This paper discusses these issues and suggests strategies for optimizing the virtual learning experience to enhance student performance and well-being.
